<p>1-Are you training correctly</p>
<p>If you are going to the gym with the main goal of getting as strong as possible, then you are going to probably need to change the way you weight train. It is best to start off training your major exercises three times per week. A good example of this is doing a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule. If you have not lifted in a while start off with doing three sets of five. If you are more experienced go with five sets of five or even six sets of three. You will not get strong unless you lift with heavy weights.</p>
<p>2-Should you take supplements?</p>
<p>As we stated above, the most important thing is the actual training, but supplements can really help if you know which ones to take and how to use them. Protein is the first supplement you should purchase and you should take it once in the morning, once before a workout, and twice after a workout. Another supplement you should consider purchasing is creatine which can be taken twice a day.</p>
<p>3-Getting plenty of sleep</p>
<p>If you are going to be getting strong you need to make sure you are getting a lot of sleep. When you get a lot of sleep, your central nervous system is active and you will be stronger. If you don&#8217;t get enough sleep you won&#8217;t be near as strong.</p>

<p>There are many golf bags available; some are designed for fashion, some for utility and some that combine both features. There are big bags, bigger bags and bags so big that they would keep everything I need for a long week-end vacation in one of the side pockets!</p>
<p>A basic, practical golf bag is one just large enough to hold your clubs (obviously), spare golf balls, tees, golf glove, pencils, keys, sunblock cream, ball markers, a ball retriever, an umbrella and a plastic raincoat.</p>
<p>You could also include other items that are handy when outdoors, such as tissues, a small first-aid kit or at least some plasters and some anti-insect spray.</p>
<p>A small pack of baby wipes comes in very handy; in your bag they get warmed by the heat, so when you get sweaty or a sand trap covers you with sand, a nice warm wipe can be very refreshing.</p>
<p>If you suffer from any allergies or illnesses, it is a wise precaution to carry antidotes with you. For example, if you are sensitive to bee stings then anti-hystamine or whatever you take if you are a diabetic. However, remember to replace drugs before their expiry date.</p>
<p>One item that doesn&#8217;t need to be in your golf bag is your cell phone. If you must carry it, turn off the ringer as a courtesy to other players. If you must use it, be aware of others who might be taking a swing or putting their ball. You have to be considerate!</p>
<p>If you have these items with you in your golf bag, you will be covered for most minor tribulations, like a bee sting, an ant bite, a blister or even a sudden downpour. <p>We in the West are constantly bombarded by implorations for donations by charities and I think that many people are getting a bit weary of it. I also think that people are suspicious of the charity workers&#8217; operating cost and costs, especially after the MPs&#8217; expenses scandal in the UK. So, what can you do, if you want to make some sort of contribution?</p>
<p>I think that the best thing one can do is not to squander food. Not squandering or wasting food will reduce the amount you have to buy, which will leave more on the supermarket shelves. This will increase supply, which will reduce prices. Therefore, by not buying so much food, you will be saving money and reducing the cost of what you do purchase. Can not be bad, can it?</p>
<p>So, here are a few of my favourite money-saving tips.</p>
<p>Funnel &#8211; I have bought a few funnels in my time, but they always seemed to have fallen to the back of the cupboard when I needed one. I do not buy them anymore. As an alternative, I cut the top 9&#8243; off the top of a plastic cola bottle. When I am done with it, I throw it away, particularly if I used it for pouring oil.</p>
<p>Microwave &#8211; sometimes, when you open the microwave oven door, a whiff of the last meal comes out. Instead of spending money on sprays or what-not, put a slice of lemon in a saucer of water and microwave it for three minutes after every time you use it.</p>
<p>Cabbage &#8211; boiling cabbage really smells! However, there are three ways of hiding the smell without using air freshener. The first way is to put a slice of lemon in the cabbage water as it cooks. The second way is to boil a small pan of vinegar next to the cooking cabbage and the third is to place a sieve over the cooking cabbage and put a round of stale bread in it. These techniques work because the lemon cancels the smell of the cabbage as does the vinegar and the stale bread absorbs the smell.</p>
<p>Fish Fingers &#8211; it is not nice to have smelly fingers after preparing fish, onions or garlic. As an alternative to washing and washing your hands, rub a little lemon juice on them and rinse for immediate relief.</p>
<p>Sponge &#8211; a tablespoon of hot water whisked into a sponge mixture at the last minute will really enhance the rise and the texture of the cake.</p>

<p>Another belief that these fasters have is that they are will be able to flush out all of the toxins in their bodies by drinking plenty of water at the same time as not eating food. Even if this is true, it would be a long procedure that would mean that you would have to fast for at least five to seven days though in order to conclude the detox process, although it is still not clear scientifically whether fasting is the right approach for those that desire fitness.</p>
<p>There are many other paths to fitness that do work well though. For instance, you can cut back the amount of food that you consume. Cutting back is not fasting, it is dieting and it is not only far more effectual, it is also far less painful. This, combined with drinking plenty of water and increasing your level of physical exercise will help you to become fitter.</p>
<p>If you drink a lot of soda like cola or lemonade, which are full of sugar, like a lot of kids do, or lots of cups of sugared tea or coffee, like a lot of adults do, then just exchanging those drinks for water or weak tea will help you lose weight fairly quickly even if you do not make any other alterations to your diet or your level of exercise.</p>
<p>It is also possible to damage your body if you take on on a strenuous exercise regime only relying on body fat to keep you going. Your body almost certainly will not be able to supply enough energy to fuel such a change, because your metabolism will be too low.</p>
<p>Someone going about it in this way, can become very weak and dizzy. It is not a good idea to run the risk of injury because you have not given your body all the energy it requires to complete the tasks you are requiring it to perform.</p>
<p>It is best to consult a doctor before you make any alterations to either your diet or your fitness program. Confer with your doctor about your thoughts on fasting and fitness. They will be able to tell you whether they think it is something you can try or whether it is just too risky.</p>
<p>Fasting is all right if you have do it for religious purposes, but do not attempt much physical exertion. Ask a Muslim how he or she feels during Ramadan! <p>1. <b>Get some seasickness tablets</b>: If you&#8217;re going to be fishing from on the water, nothing is worse than having your fishing ruined by a bout of seasickness. Most seasickness medicine is appropriate (e.g. Bonine). Even seasoned fishermen take some on rough-weather days. Take one tablet before you go to sleep, another when you wake up and a third before you go on deck. </p>
<p>2. <b>Buy a reference book</b>: There are a lot of good books available at your local bookshops or online. The book should give you instructions as well as terms and definitions. There are some things you may not immediately understand but that you should know anyway. For example, learn how to tie different kinds of knots. This knowledge will also be invaluable for other purposes throughout your life.</p>
<p>3. <b>Go on a party boat</b>: There are party boats that take from five to as many as sixty anglers. The boat will usually provide you with everything you need such as bait, lures, rod, reel, weights and hooks. They will assist you fish and even take the fish off the hook for you as well. You will make plenty of new fishing mates and they will assist and advise you. Party boats will usually cost between $25 &#8211; $70 a day per person and the fish you catch are yours to eat. A party boat is a boon for beginners.</p>
<p>4. <b>Choose your pier</b>: Assuming you have already learned the  skills to operate a rod and reel, you should look for a fishing pier.  Most seaside cities have a public pier or pay-to-fish pier. You can hire tackle and buy bait at these piers and, if you do have trouble, there will be plenty of pier anglers willing to assist and give you tips. </p>
<p>5. <b>To do party or pier?</b>: You should try either step three or four times each or both at the same time at this point. The best thing to do is to practise them both ways a few times to really learn how to do each method.</p>
<p>6. <b>The reel affair</b>: The conventional reel is probably what you&#8217;ve got at this point. The conventional reel is designed to take loads of wear and tear. However, maybe you now want to consider buying another type or / and make of reel. Hopefully, you have already met other anglers and perhaps made a friend or two who can assist you in choosing a reel. You could even ask a tackle shop owner for advice.</p>
<p>Firstly, you ought to learn the mechanics of the reel and the other equipment. Learning how to cast, tie knots and bait a hook is not really all that complicated. Secondly, you must learn where to go fishing. Successful fishermen know where the fish are schooling. <p>Why should playing golf have taken off like that? I think it has to be because by playing golf you are being active outdoors with friends or colleagues competing in a leisurely game that you can never perfect.</p>
<p>Your achievements are tallied on your scorecard for all time and the desire to improve your game can encourage you to play again and again.</p>
<p>Here is a very basic lesson in golf for the person who hasn&#8217;t a clue about the game.</p>
<p>The typical round of golf is played on a course of eighteen holes, each or which has its own &#8216;par&#8217;. Par is the total number of shots it should take a player to complete that hole, ie all the tee shots (drives), fairway shots, chips (short shots onto the green) and puts into the hole.</p>
<p>This &#8216;par&#8217; value is based on the length and difficulty of the hole in question. Pars range from three to six, so if you get the ball into the hole in four shots on a &#8216;par four&#8217; hole, you made &#8216;par&#8217;. However, if you took three shots, it&#8217;s called a &#8216;birdie&#8217; or five shots a &#8216;bogie&#8217;.</p>
<p>All the holes on a golf course will have at least one &#8216;hazard&#8217; to make the game more challenging and therefore more interesting. These hazards are usually: sand traps, trees and bodies of water, which are set up in such a way as to be obstructive. A beginner at golf should seek out a course which has fewer and less obstructive hazards so it is easier to play.</p>
<p>Players keep their own score of the total number of shots taken for each hole. After the eighteenth hole, they add up their scores and the one with the lowest is the winner.</p>
<p>It is important for beginner golfers to not take themselves too seriously. It takes a long time to get good at this game; even though the professionals make it look so easy.</p>
<p>A good tip is to get the basics right from the start by taking a few lessons from the course &#8216;pro&#8217;, because then you will learn the correct posture and swing.</p>

<p>For the reason that each hole has a different difficulty level, a different par and different obstructions, saying that you should use your driver on every tee every time would be totally wrong.</p>
<p>But don&#8217;t worry about it. This is something that you will have to learn with experience as you learn the various types shot you need to make, which will vary according to the club, the placement of the ball and your own personal style of swing.</p>
<p>As a rule of thumb, the lower the number of the club, the longer and lower your ball will travel through the air. For example, a 4-iron will make the ball travel on a long and low trajectory and will most likely roll when it hits the ground, whereas a 9-iron will give the ball much more loft and it will go less distance both in the air and over the ground.</p>
<p>The professionals on television make it look so easy, don&#8217;t they? They consistently hit the ball long and straight and never miss-hit the ball making it dribble ten feet or completely miss the ball altogether, but you do not have to do that either, if you practice, practice, practice.</p>
<p>One of the most important parts of the game is the drive. If you spend a few hours at the driving range you will see quite a big improvement in your long-distance shots. Use the same club in this experiment to see what affect it has, if you move the ball backward or forward or in your stance. And, if you can, take a lesson or two from a pro, to learn the proper swing from the start.</p>
<p>Mastering the long game will help you get to the green in fewer strokes, keeping your score and frustration levels down. Remember that it takes a long time to learn consistency and also remember that you&#8217;re supposed to be having fun! So go and enjoy yourself.</p>
